Fratus Law Group accepts judgment payments in the form of money order, cashier’s check, or credit/debit card. We do not accept personal checks and are unable to process payments over the phone at this time.

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED, we are UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY REFUND for judgment payments, collections or fees.  All monthly payments are due by the 1st of every month. If your payments lapse and you are unable to adhere to the stipulations of your payment plan arrangement, collections will be reinstated, immediately.

. Updated invoices and account balances for judgment accounts are available upon request only and will not be automatically issued.
